### iTelephonica Terms of Use
**Welcome to iTelephonica!**
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the iTelephonica application ("App"), provided by Telephonica Inc. ("Telephonica," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the App.
**1. Acceptance of Terms**
By using the iTelephonica App, you confirm that you accept these Terms and that you agree to comply with them. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization and promising to Telephonica that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

- Access or attempt to access the App by any means other than through the interface provided by Telephonica;

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Telephonica Inc. and its licensors.
**6. Termination**
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
**7. Disclaimer and AS IS Clause**
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Telephonica Inc. does not warrant that the App will be available at any particular time or location; that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free; that defects will be corrected; or that the App is free of viruses or other harmful components.
**8. Limitation of Liability**
In no event shall Telephonica, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
**9. Governing Law**
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
