At Telephonica Inc., we respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal information.
If you have connected your Facebook account or used any of our apps integrated with Facebook, you can request deletion of your data at any time.
How to Request Data Deletion
If you would like to delete your user data collected through our Facebook App, please follow one of the options below:
Option 1 – Automatic Deletion Request

After submitting the request, our system will verify your identity and remove all associated data from our records within 7 business days.
Option 2 – Manual Request via Email
You may also request data deletion manually by sending an email to:

Please include the following details in your email:

Your Facebook user ID (if known)

The email address associated with your Telephonica account or app usage
Once your request is verified, all related user data will be permanently deleted from our servers within 7 business days.
Data Retention Policy
We retain user data only for as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. After deletion, all personally identifiable information will be removed and cannot be recovered.
